During the initial visit, he answered my plethora of questions (concerning a mini split for my 91-year-old dad's room) with much knowledge and patience. He was prompt on installation day and flexible with working around my dad's hospice medical schedule. So far, we couldn't be more pleased with the unit and are looking forward to many years of durability from it. 5+ stars for Jordan! He's an asset to his profession and to Hembree!!

We were very happy with the job
We have used Hembree Htg & Air for several years, and at our regular service they discovered a leak and some other needed repairs. Due to the age of the system, we opted to replace the HVAC system, and we were very happy with the job. Tristan arrived on time and began working to remove the old unit from the attic, which was very labor-intense, climbing up and down. David, install manager, assisted and completed the installation in one day. They both explained the operation of the system and the new thermostat touch pad and remote app on our phones. We appreciate their expert knowledge and professional work and especially the neat and tidy job they completed. We highly recommend Hembree Htg & Air!

We recently had a new AC/heating unit put in by Hembree. We've been living in our 1970s home for about a year, so we're not real familiar with it yet. Of course, because it was built in the 70s, the attic space and layout is not very convenient for renovations of such. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable and productive while working to install the new system. Even Mr. Hembree came out to help with figuring out a good solution for us. I'm so thankful for all the insight he gave us into the new system. Now we feel more confident in knowing we have an efficient unit we can count on. You may pay a little more, but this company definitely pays attention to details and makes sure the job is done right. I highly recommend their services.
We receive maintenance services every year from Hembree. We always receive excellent care from all the technicians. Today, Darryl King came out for our spring maintenance. He was very friendly, yet professional and thorough. He always makes sure everything is running smooth.
